Press Release

Travel Places are delighted to announce our partnership with Netball London and South East

At Travel Places we provide travel solutions for major sporting events, as well as providing school sports tours and educational trips. As a company based in London and West Sussex, we are very much looking forward to supporting netball in clubs and schools and being involved with the development of the sport across London and the South East of England.

The London and South East Region has a large number of schools and clubs participating in competitions and has an affiliated membership of over 12,400.The England Netball National Schools competition starts with County events in each constituent County according to age group: under 14, under 16, and under 19. The winners and runners up then move on to the Regional competition where Travel Places will present the prizes for the winning teams. Each age group advances to the National finals organised by England Netball.

As part of the partnership, Travel Places will not only be presenting prizes at the Regional events, but will also be present at school and club competitions, as well as County events. The season culminates in Central London at the Regional Goalden Globe Volunteer Awards evening, where Travel Places will present prizes to Regional League winners.

The company’s Business Development Manager, Steve Watson, says “Travel Places are proud to be in partnership with Netball LSE and are looking forward to supporting the teams at future events. It is an exciting time for the company and we are looking forward to developing our relationship with LSE”.
