The Brief

This client required an incentive for the top members of its network that would give the 'WOW factor' from the moment it was announced at their conference, to maintaining the excitement right through to the flight home.

Our Solution

Rio de Janeiro is the place to be and the place to be seen at the moment. With the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, there has never been a better time to experience the buzz and excitement of the city.

We created a 4 night programme based at the ultra hip Fasano Hotel and packed the guests' days with surprise after surprise including:

- Private breakfast at Maracana Stadium with access to the pitch and group photographs
- Jeep Tour to Corcovardo and visit to Christ the Redeemer
- Sunset cocktail reception atop Sugarloaf Mountain
- Surprise Helicopter flights from Sugarloaf to evening dinner
- VIP entry to Rio's top Samba nightclub
