Travel Places has an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel consultant to join our busy flights team. Managing high-profile accounts, the suitable candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a business travel background or similar and have excellent fares knowledge and proficient in a GDS (preferably Sabre).
You will be highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and calm under pressure. Previous experience of booking group travel would be an advantage.
Information Security Specialist
As part of our growth plans Travel Places has an exciting opportunity for an Information Security Officer to join the team. The role will require you to design and enforce policies & procedures that protect our computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and working with our IT department to resolve them as well as working towards ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and other industry standards. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently taking a pragmatic risk focused approach to problems. Able to understand operational needs and offering suitable solutions is an integral part of the role. Passion about travel and sports would be beneficial.

Travel Places has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join our busy Accounts team.
Working closely with the Finance Director the successful candidate will take responsibility for all financial aspects of the company’s business. This involves analysing financial performance including forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management.
