On the last weekend of February 2022, British Airways suffered a major IT failure, causing flights to be cancelled and leaving passengers stranded all over the world. 300+ passengers from our clients’ Formula 1 and Sky were due to return home over the weekend before the disruption hit.
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital was the venue for ‘Clash on the Dunes’, the highly anticipated rematch between heavyweight boxers Andy Ruiz Jr and Anthony Joshua. British broadcasting giant Sky Sports needed flights, hotel nights and transfers for the event.
The Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics were Games like no other. The additional layers of complexity caused by the COVID-19 pandemic presented a completely new set of challenges and required Travel Places to re-think ‘business as usual’ and adapt to the ever-changing situation.
