We are also highly experienced in chartering flights for our clients, with established relationships with charter suppliers.

Accommodation

With over 45 years’ experience in sport, media and entertainment travel, we have established relationships with global hotel groups and in‑country providers. This enables us to secure well‑located accommodation at the best possible rate, while supporting traveller wellbeing during demanding schedules.

To help generate financial benefit from frequent hotel stays, our team can also advise on loyalty schemes, potentially unlocking a raft of added benefits and savings.

Ground transport and transfers

We coordinate rail, luxury vehicles, group tour buses and car hire to keep touring parties moving efficiently between venues. With strong global supplier relationships, we manage ground transport reliably, even when schedules change at short notice.

Event support

Our specialist music and entertainment travel consultants provide flexible, responsive support tailored to each tour or performance. From airport meet‑and‑greets and arrivals to transfer and venue coordination, we help groups arrive prepared to perform, reducing pressure on tour and event managers.
