Credit Controller

 

 

Full time permanent position
Salary dependent on Experience

We are looking for an excellent communicator to join our accounts team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing debtors ledger, chasing clients for payments as required
  • Collecting and chasing hotel & Car hire commissions across the Company and managing reports
  • Ensuring purchase ledger invoices are received from hotels for VAT reclaim purposes
  • Ensure all Purchase Order numbers from clients are received and up to date
  • Supporting the Accounts team on reconciling the Company credit card to tight deadline and communicate costs as required
  • Deal and respond effectively with queries, passing on relevant information to appropriate team members as required
  • General invoicing, filing, office administration tasks and providing cover for accounts team when necessary

Flight Consultant

 

 

Full time permanent position
Salary dependent on Experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic flights consultant to join our busy team.  Working on a variety of high profile accounts and events you will have several years business / Events travel experience and be competent on a GDS (preferably Sabre).  An ability to work under pressure, multi task and work well using own initiative is essential.

Key responsibilities include

  • Liaising with clients to advise flight information with costs leading to a booking being made.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring information is accurate in all reservations and that all additional servicing requirements have been made (i.e seating/loyalty cards/excess baggage etc)
  • Applying the appropriate fares and issuing tickets/documents within the correct time frame.  This will also include re-issuing and refunding where appropriate
  • Accurate use of all database and systems taking responsibility for its operation as part of the department, including correct admin work to support the accounts department

Graduate / Junior Developer

Full time permanent position

We are looking for a talented graduate or junior developer to join our small Worthing based team. This is a general developer role providing support to senior developers in the team.

This role will include but not limited to:

  • Providing support to all staff of bespoke legacy system
  • Designing and implementing java software based off existing legacy VB6 code
  • Testing and resolving any technical issues that arise
  • Helping to maintain and resolve issues with our DBMS.s

Skills Range:

  • Java (for new services), version 7 and above
  • Understanding of core object orientated principles
  • Database technologies and the design principles involved, preferably Postgres
