Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)
F/T or P/T: 12-month contract
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join a dynamic team at an incredibly exciting time for this specialist travel provider. Full time or part time applicants will be considered for this role.
Having undergone significant changes over the last 12 months, the marketing department is now very much integrated as a central part of the Travel Places team, playing key roles across Business Development and Event activities, as well as owning the company’s brand identity, marketing strategy and marcomms programme.
We are looking for a talented B2B marketing professional for a 12-month maternity cover position, leading a team of two full-time marketing professionals from our HQ in Worthing. The role will be highly active across each of our three key markets of professional sports, schools and scouting. Examples of the types of campaigns we are active across include The 35th America’s Cup, Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and the World Scout Jamboree.
Maximise Travel Places’ return on investment from all marketing activities across brand, client acquisition and customer retention. Identify key opportunities for the brand and make recommendations for activities to implement and deliver against the defined marketing strategy. Support the sales team with the creation of pitch materials and sales collateral.

You will be a key member of the marketing team, driving forwards and owning our brand message in the marketplace. Your role will touch base across all marketing activities, working with both B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will work directly with stakeholders from across the business.
